The realisation of business cases for sustainability requires a company project team, possibly involving external experts. Continuous improvement processes can be managed based on a PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) cycle according to Deming. Stable, faultless and lean processes can be achieved using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define – Measure – Analyse – Improve – Control) method. Generally, project management methods according to PMI (Project Management Institute) are useful for a systematic and structured project definition, planning, implementation and lessons learned approach. Based on our extensive experience with all these methods we can coach and monitor or (if desired) manage project teams.
